If you wish to return any of our products, it must be unopened and unused with the exception of potential defective parts. An RMA must be issued before returning any products. Customers desiring to return items must do so within 30 days of shipment date from Timerco. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items returned will be inspected upon arrival. It will be completely tested and if found to be fully functional will be returned to the customer at customer expense. Defective items will be replaced or credit issued at no cost to the customer. Products that are acceptable for return will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. In the case of credit being issued, if customer does not use credit within 60 days a customer refund will be issued.
All Timerco products carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Products that are damaged or modified are not covered. Contact us for specific manufacturer’s warranty.

For example, problems with credit card verification, product availability, etc. Users have a choice of receiving future mailings during the registration process.
