Shipping Information:

Timerco ships same day on items in stock. Back order items can take from 3 to 4 weeks. If you place an order for an item on back order, you will be notified with an estimated time of arrival.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If, for any reason, you wish to return an item, it must be unopened and unused. An RMA must be issued within 30 days of shipment from Timerco. Products may be returned for credit after completion of the RMA procedure. All returns will be inspected upon receipt and products that do not meet the applicable unopened and unused will be refused. Any and all products meeting these criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with returns.
